• Delivery Window: All orders are typically delivered within 2 to 3 hours maximum from the time of order confirmation.
• Tracking: If your order is delayed beyond this window due to unforeseen traffic or weather, our team will contact you immediately.

2. Delivery Coverage

We deliver within the service area of the selected branch. Coverage and availability may vary by branch and time of day. If your address falls outside our delivery zone, you can still place a pickup order from the nearest branch.

3. Delivery Charges

Delivery charges (if any) are calculated at checkout based on your address, the selected branch, and any active promotions. Final fees are shown before you confirm the order.
